This was my second time staying at the resort, this time over Christmas with my husband. We had a one bedroomed suite ( sleeps 4) on the 3rd floor. It was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We found the two bathrooms and flexibility of the unit superb. We had a toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and so could make breakfast. We ate out the rest of the time. Special mention must go to the reception staff, who were really helpful and approachable, and provided a text number so you could easily keep in contact. The scenery is beautiful. We used the pool area as well, which is lovely, and booked onto the whisky tasting event. Overall a great week. I will hopefully return

This is the first time we have visited Hilton Craigendarroch, and this area. We arrived December 15.
So far we have enjoyed our stay. The suite, facilities and staff have all been very good. We have used the pool, restaurant and bar and have been well pleased. The area is very good, with many well signposted walks, and Ballater has a good range of local shops and cafes. Obviously the scenery is excellent. We would certainly like to revisit Hilton Craigendarroch in the future. 5 stars!!

Fantastic location in the highlands and a short drive to Balmoral castle and the centre of town. We stayed in suite 12 which was a lovely 1 bedroom junior suite and highly recommend it. Fantastic pool and great food. Will be back.

Not good customer service. Lady at the Front desk was not friendly and rude. As a diamond member you get no benefits here, not even breakfast or anything. We got 0 explanation about the property or anything around it. At this point don’t list this property with Hilton if you want to treat the hotel guests like 2nd rate citizens compared to the timeshare owners.

This place is awesome. Rooms in main building are nice and big. The lodges look nice but didn't stay in one this time. Room had a nice kitchen area. Good views. Close to town and other attractions.

We were stranded an hour away from the Hilton! Could not get much cell service but managed a call to front desk!! They got us numbers
for a recovery tow!! Got us back and had food waiting for us in our room!! Amazing guest service!!!

We are longtime HGV members and this was by far the nicest property in the collection! Our family of 4 had a lovely one-bedroom suite that was immaculately clean and so tastefully designed. We spent 3 days exploring the environs of Ballater, Braemar and Balmoral. With recommendations from Alex at the front desk, we took a tour of the Royal Lochnagar distillery and even went as far as Inverness, which gave us stunning views of the Cairngorms - a landscape that can’t be matched anywhere! The onsite restaurant and bar were great, as well. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

What a beautiful location! We loved our stay! The hotel staff are absolutely the best and so very kind and gracious. They gave us great recommendations and took super care of us our entire stay. Martin in the bar was perfect!
